Prerequisite: Demonstrated ability

This course reviews all basic grammar, syntax, and vocabulary through intensive drills, conversations, and written exercises. Strong emphasis is placed on correct pronunciation and usage with an ultimate objective of improving students’ proficiency in the language. The French in Action video program is used daily in this class. The class is conducted in French from the start.
