This is a course for students with an interest in studying literature intensively. Grammar is thoroughly reviewed with the aim of improving both oral and written proficiency. Plays, novels, and poetry, chosen from the French Literature Advanced Placement reading list, are studied in depth. Discussion and essays probe the content of the work as well as the writers’ techniques.
