the French students
* are in première or seconde (approximately 16+ years old);
* come to SPS Saturday, 28 January 2006 and stay until Saturday, 11 February 2006;
* stay in the dorms, hopefully in or relatively close to the dorm of their SPS host (special arrangements can be made with bunk beds, etc.);
* are hosted by the SPS student who will stay with them in Paris.
The French guests will spend Winter Weekend with their American hosts.

* are in a cross section of Forms, with priority given to upper formers;
* arrive Paris Monday, 6 March 2006. Return to the USA on Monday, 19 March 2006;

* are provided with all meals by their French family and would receive from their family a special metro/bus ticket for the duration of their stay which will cover all transportation costs (except for taxis) within Paris;

The time spent at the school will be limited to half-days;
* when not involved with specific school activities, the SPS group will set up mini-excursions to go on together, within Paris, so that all the “must-see” sights and exhibits are seen. Dr. Berkley Latimer will be the chaperone. He will give the 2 week program a unique 5th Form Humanities twist; perfect for 5th formers! Time will be reserved also for free afternoons when everyone can set up their own itinerary (all group trips, activities and excursions are paid for by the Exchange budget).
